  • Where is the General Admission section?
While we offered a general admission section in the past, beginning with the 2025 event, we have eliminated general admission seating. The entire auditorium is now reserved seating. You can reserve single night seats anywhere in the auditorium with the exception of the Artist Circle. This is a new option beginning with the 2025 event. In the past, if you wanted single night seating, general admission was your only option. Now you can have a reserved single night seat.
  • Are reserved seats available for single nights?
Yes. However, the Artist Circle is only available as an all event pass (all four nights and all three matinees), but the remainder of the auditorium is now available for individual night reserved seating.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur between the time passes are purchased and the actual date of the event. You are welcome to sell or give your passes to anyone. Please understand that we do not receive the entire amount that you paid for seating. When an order is placed, there are several processing and handling fees that are non-refundable to us, regardless of the circumstance. We do try to work with you under extreme conditions prior to 2 months out, but please realize that within 60 days of the concert, we must be firm with our no refunds policy, as we likely can't resell that seat and we have made talent decisions based upon pre-sales for the event. Those funds have been committed toward paying certain talent bills. We want to be fair, but we simply must put a hard deadline to protect ourselves.
  • Do I have to buy passes for every matinee?
Each matinee requires a separate registration from the evening events. Further, all matinees feature reserved seating.
  • How can I secure good seats?
